Vivian is experienced working with a variety of clients incorporating yoga and meditation, anatomy, stress management, nutrition, and weight loss. She has worked doing post rehab, senior fitness, and custom exercise programs during and after cancer. She has taught fitness classes at various NYC health clubs and conducted personal workshops on weight management, yoga, and wellness. The goal is successful transformation and well-being with personalized fitness programs.
